I have the intake manifold off my truck and I noticed that the butterfly valves for the secondary intake runners don't shut all the way when closed like the butterfly valve on the throttle body. There is a screw on the back of the manifold for adjusting how far the valves close. So should they be adjusted to close all the way or are they supposed to stay open a little bit when closed?
