Here is where I am at:

1992 V6 4x4 ext cab

New clutch, throwout, pilot, pressure plate, resurfaced flywheel about 2,500 miles ago. All ASCO parts.

Work great for about 2,300 miles.

Now, most of the time it works great but from time to time the clutch does not seem to fully disengage (I can not get it in gear when I come to a stop unless I force it in gear) The clutch does not drag enough to bog the engine down. Once I get it in gear it will go in and out without issue.

I bled the system out good a couple of times.

Any ideas. Feel free to ask more questions.

Master cylinder?
Slave cylinder?
Clutch not sliding on splines?

The pedal is adjusted correctly.

Could be a tranny problem like the syncros are worn. When you come to a stop and cannot get it in gear do you try putting it into other gears before putting it into low!!!!

It will not go in any gear including reverse. Grinds in reverse obviously.

No leaks that I can see without pulling the trans and when I was in there 2 months ago it was dry as a cork.
