I show those same lights after installing my locker. I disconnected the rear ABS sensor when I installed my locker, since the two don't go together. If your sensor is still supposed to be working, I'd check the connections at the axle, and another one on the passenger side frame rail in front of the wheel well. Might have gotten disconnected durring all the modifications.
