If it bothers you that much pull the RWAL bulb and dig into the "BRAKE" light circuit to seperate it from the ABS. IF you tie that bulb diretcly to the EBrake swicth you can get it to come on only when the ebrake is pulled. Rob is right there is a proportiong swicth on your brake line manifold that senses line pressure differntials and can give your front brakes more pressure in case of rear line failure. (or something like that) different line pressures will set off that light.
