There's a way that you can pull the code for the ABS sensor. Can't remember exactly how to do it (involves sticking a paper clip in the connector and grounding the circuit). There's a bunch of posts if you do a search.

As an after thought, did you have your rear end re-geared when you did your SAS? When I had my 4.88's installed, the shop that did the work said they had to machine something in the rear end to allow for the ABS to keep working properly. Of course they told me this after the work was done. That rear wheel ABS is good for nothing.
