Scott is right on just reaching in through the plastic inter fender and bumper and twisting the light sockets 1/3 turn is the easiest, but all that holds that light assembly in place is that one screw in the upper corner, and one small post that runs horizonally about 3/4 the way down the light that plugs into a plastic clip, it seems like it will break trying to get it out, you have to pry pretty hard on it, but it should come straight out the front (not the side)
As for a manual you are better off picking up a "workshop manual" that is for your year, keep an eye on ebay there is almost always some listed of different years, I've picked up three.
