There's an easier way than reaching under the bumper. If you pop the hood, there's a philips head screw right next to the turn light assembly. Unscrew that and you can pull the assembly forward giving you easy access to the turn bulb. Also, these bulbs tend to get loose. Sometimes all you need to do is take it out and put it back it.
