It also depends on what size of 33s your gonna run. 33x12.5 will probably require around 5 or 6 inches of lift while you could get away with only having 3 inches of lift with 33x10.5.

If I were you I would get a mild suspension lift of around 2 to 2.5 inches and put on some 33x10.5 BFG AT/KO tires. If you rub then either pound the pinchweld or cut plastic to stop the rubbing. Or install a 1" body lift. Just a 1" body lift would be easy to install and doesn't stress the truck nearly as bad as a 3" body lift.

Also be prepared to probably lose 2 or 3 mpg and you'll notice a power loss as well.
