I'm not sure if there's enough air in a 10gallon tank to fill a set of tires. You'd be better off getting a compressor or buying a 10lb CO2 tank from a commercial beverage supplier in your local area & having them install a regulator and a couple of guages. I got a used setup like this for less than half of what a powertank cost these days.
