im dropping a few more bucks into my truck. im running my 84 22r with a downey midrange cam and their rocker assembly now. i have a thorley header and 2.25 exhaust going in as well. what would be advisable for the carb? the stock one i have is crappy. i could rebuild it but would i be starving the motor for gas? i could also get the weber 32/26 if that would be better for my application. its a dd rig that will be regared soon (i hope) to 4.88 for my 33"a/t's im looking to get some more power as well as pick up a lil gas mpg.

87 4runner 33" bfg mt's no lift. dubbed the marine by my frinds. dead as of august 14 2005. 84 ex cab p/u 33"a/t, 3" suspension+3"bodylift, thorley header and 2.25xhaust, downey midrange cam+rocker set, very milled head! NO RUST!
