The short answer is no/probably not. The slightly longer answer is that there is not a "kit" specific to your vehicle. The even longer answer is that anything is possible, with enough money.
Adapting SCs to an engine is not quite rocket science, but it does take some planning and some cash, but it is most likely possible. I would suggest contacting one of the companies that does custom SC/turbo work.
Good Luck, Michael

Sure. Plumb it and run it. You may or may not need to mess with the computer management, depending on how you set it up.
From this point, it all up to you how much you want to do and how much you are willing to spend. There are lots of electronic goodies that you can use to manage fuel and timing. There is machining you can do help if you go big PSI.
But...at this point; RESEARCH. Read read read. There is lots written on the topic, just not specific to Isuzus.

Running the blower from the t bird is gonna take alot of planing and custome work since it is a roots style blower. You would have totaly rework the top half of the engine because that particualr blower replaces the upper intake manafolid on the for 3.8L. It could be done, but making a set up for a centrifuge (sp?) blower would be alot more cost effective and less time consuming.
8 inches of lift, 33s, custom bumpers and rockbars, powertrax, T-maxx 9000, lots o lights, and some bass in the trunk
Lifted, locked, and ready to rock!!!

Dan Houlster adapted a Tbird supercharger to his amigo 2.6 with some custom plumbing. It would be a bit more challenging to do the plumbing on the 3.2 due to location of the throttlebody.
