I doubt the front belts would work as-is in the rear. Rear belt retractors are a bit smaller than the front. Plus they are angled instead of vertical like the front, so the little inertia lock thing on the fronts may be locked all the time. The rears seem to ratchet in and out. You could probably just get a non-retracting belt out of an older vehicle and bolt it in place for a lap belt. Or Toyota supposedly still carries the rear shoulder belt upgrade.
