the D60 arms came from Mad4wd. The D44 arms I used before were from Avalanche Engineering.

Rob, are you getting full steering from your 60? How far from the king pin is the hole for the draglink drilled.

Thanks

Yes, I can turn the Dodge D60 from steering stop to steering stop. But on the trails, I have trouble with my hydro assist turning in one direction. I'm also turning against a spool, thats why I'm looking to add a more powerful steering box.

Dunno about the distance, i could check for you or you could ask Mad4wd. Its pretty much a standard distance I would imagine between most of those that make steering arms. They can drill whereever you'd like if you have something custom you wanna do.

This isn't the Mad4wd arm that I have, but here's a generic CAD drawing for reference.

I'm now thinking i'm going to move to a different steering box (more common Jeep, Chevy, etc) to get some more performance out of my hydro assist setup.

When you're ready to hand off the box, I'm ready to buy. This time maybe we'll make sure the check gets there before the parts get sent. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/shiner.gif" alt="" />

Let me know if you're selling...

I'm assuming that from the bj/kingpin to the DL mount on the steering arm should (ideally) match the length of the pitman (box mount to end mount). Is this correct?

Rob, when we were at Callalaente I remember you talking about a friend who has/had (IIRC) a Hydro Assist system that really impressed you and that he had bought it as a kit. What system was that?

Scott-
Rob says it's a complete Jeep system by a company called PSC. It included ram, box and pump.
