I adjusted mine using a measuring tape. Park on a level concrete pad and measure the distance from the cement to a common point on the front fenders - I used the point directly above the center of the front wheel spindle.

Increase or decrease the torque using the adjustment bolt on the torsion bar to get the height the same on the L and R side of the vehicle. Use the height at the rear wheels (again through the center of the axle) as guide to ensure the vehicle will be level front to back.

Not terribly hi-tec, but it works pretty good.
