The torsion bar doesn't really "pivot" per se, other than for adjusting ride height...on the other hand, both the splines on the torsion bar and the big half-moon nut on the adjustment bolt are supposed to be greased, so maybe there is some slop there that could cause noise...glad you figured it out in any case <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
