I'm runnin' 31's right now and have no issues with the passes. I also have a little higher gearing than later stock 2nd gen Rodeos. If you haven't already, a cheap way to get a few more horses out of your 'Zu is by getting an air filter like KN or Green. Lets your engine breath better.

I agree with Mikey, check out Trailseekers, they are they best group of guys and gals I have ever wheeled with. Also chances are if you have any need for help with your 'Zu someone in Trailseekers has experience with your issue/mod and will be more than willing to help.
