Muffin Man Madison, WI I ran a red top in my CRX in WI under the same conditions mentioned above and it was great. Never let me down. Also, my car sat for extended periods of time in those conditions and still started after weeks/months. I had a winter beater to get me around the salty-ass roads which i dont miss at all.
