remove the choke plates and yes, the asain flows more. but the asain has a vacumm actuated secondary that restricts alot of flow. I swear up and down that a 32/36 puts more to the seat of the pants meter than stock.

Its fun chirpin the 33's with locked 4.30 gears on the 86 2wd smile Yep, 32/36 and an EB crawler stick.
