ToyoWest are a bunch of hacks and should die alot. I had them do a clutch for me and they cut my shifter boot out to get to the bolts. They then told me that it was like that! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> This was all in my pre-mechanic stages of life but they also charged about 2-3x how much it should have cost. I had my engine rebuilt for how much the charged my dad for the clutch job. Bunch of hacks.
