I know the molding above the running boards is held on by screws at the bottom and clips at the top. So I'd look at the bottom of the door to see. The only problem I can think of is that there is an adhesive strip that you will need to buy from the dealer for the new door.

If you search back a year or so there is someone on here who took out their rear molding and they had pics up of how it was attached.
