Doing an ifs susp lift.. I'm on the last cam bolt. I got the nut off, but the bolt is stuck to the bushing - bushing is twisting with it. I've wailed on it with a sledge, hacked at bushing with knfie.. it won't come out. I tried using some MAPP gas to burn it, but I need a new tip so that didn't work too well. Any ideas??

Also, my driveaxle has seemed to pop out of the cv inside the outer boot, is this normal or did something break?
