I just picked up an '84 4Runner over the weekend that has a leak at the manifold gasket. As I was replacing the gasked, I noticed that 2 of the bolts/studs on the block were missing so I tried to install new ones, but the holes were somewhat stripped out and I couldn't torque them down. So last night I mixed up a batch of J-B Weld and put it on the threads of the new studs and screwed them in. I'll let you know later if it worked. I have to give it 24 hours to cure first.
