I had a similar problem with my front as well. My solution was to play around with some domestic shims (not sure what they where for but they fit over the tru trac bearing journals quiet well) to get the clearance close enough to use the shim pack to make final adjustments. Once I had the proper amount of shims figured out I pulled the bearings off the Tru trac and placed the assorted shims between the TT and the bearings. This allowed me to get the setting close enough to use the shim kit to set the final preload. I wish I had taken a pic for ya <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
