Hi All,

I'm replacing the Engine on a 2.5ltr TD Pajero.
(2 Valves dropped - made a horible mess!)

Anyhow the replacement engine is from a Manual Pajero, I currently have an auto. Whilst looking at how to get the torque converter off the flywheel on the old engine (Auto of course) I found no bolts, how does this work - Do I put a wedge between the flywheel face plate and the torque converter and gently tap it off? (I'd Rather not break it!).

Is it on a spline?

I have to fit this then on the new engine - from a Manual.

Ideas and inspiration would be nice.....

Thanks in advance.
