Frank's got it right.

Be carefull with that flex plate (if it has to be re-used). They are known to crack and break on the 4d56 engine.

When it is out, have it inspected (X-rayed if possible) for cracks. If you can find a new one, fit it.

PS Unless you are 100% sure of the replacement engine, replace the timing belt AND tensioner/idler, while the engine is out!
