Mike,
Yes, drawings would be great. BTW, how do you keep them in place while the suspension is articulating?

Might could get some headers made up, but I do not think there are ANY off the shelf ones for a 3.5

This is an old thread on what I did for a budget lift Gen 1 Budget Lift I've had these spacers in for some time now and have had no problems. Ray, I don't think they will come out on their own (extreme flex) as I had to compress the coils so far to get them in. No problems yet but I do still have the rear sway bar on. Happy Trails Bob

OK...PM me with your email if you would like the drawing for the spacers. I'll send a PDF file.
Ray, The coil spring force keeps the spacers in place. Even at full articulation, the spring is still in compression; if not, the spring would fall out of the upper spring cup in the stock set up (no spacers).

after you lift rear what do you do about the front. what is the correct way to cut or grind the rubber stops? at an angle or conical, etc.

How much are you guy's willing to cough up for a set of factory made spacers + spacers for the bumpstop? I bought mine localy for $120 made from alloy and they provide 3cm of lift. Maybe I could make a deal with the place that makes them. They also make lift kits for the Gen1 and the sport.

I'm getting 3.5" lift springs made now at coilsprings.com. That is another option for the back. The only way to get passed 2" lift is custom springs, or aftermarket with spacers added. Reminds me i will have my stock springs available soon for you gen 1 riders.
