The only problem with the airshocks, you're relying on your shock mounts to hold the weight of the truck. Not really a problem if you're not carrying anything, but if it's loaded, I personally wouldn't trust it.
What's nice about this setup is your extra weight is loaded directly from the frame to the axle (and therefore tires), so there's no possibility of bending of any mounts.
