it really is the best option, IMO. when my 4runner was stock, i used some lift shackles. they fixed the saggy rear, but they didnt help the ride any. we were considering a long AAL for his ride, but when i saw this thread, i decided this was the way to go. didnt have to fight a single rusted bolt!!! <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" /> that automatically puts it way ahead of the competition.

the TJ coils kind of "neck down" at the top and bottom. at the bottom, it fits perfectly over the bumpstop to hold it in place. at the top, if you just cut enough to "open it up" it fits over the bumpstop "landing pad" perfectly.

had to borrow a set of coil compressors from the local auto parts store to install them, but that just means no worries about them coming off.

so anyone with a hacksaw, sawzall or a grinder with a cutoff wheel and some jackstands that hit the frame can do this.
