Assuming a stock front leaf springs and steering, probably won't be able to uses coils like that. Hardly any clearance for steering and very little room to the bump stops for any sort of spring. Perhaps you would use a coil helper spring on the shock or an air shock if there is a suitable one that would fit. Stock shock mounts are not terribly robust, so they might fail under the added load. New lift springs would likely be the best option.
