Yep....like Napolean says, for a strickly DD truck there should be no shear or coils popping out issues. You should be able to force the coil in there by hand...if the springs are drooped good. I did.

Napolean---Let me take a look at the way my spare TJ coil fits on my lower mounts(2.5x2.5) first.
