I like the bedliner on the body . Looks pretty sweet.

Ya...I just noticed that body liner stuff....is rust that much of a prob in KY? Here in AZ, we can even leave stuff UNPAINTED and it never seems to rust
Even leaf #3 in that pic is fully unloaded and has a little air gap. As mentioned in the pm I just sent you, it's a good idea to close-clamp that #3 clamp and 3" longer shackles....let me check my steel stock.....and ZUK-shackle the hell out of it

I just read the p.m...I think I will close up the #3 clamp and try some longer shackles just to even it out. But overall I am very pleased with the ride and lift (-) the 3" blocks Rust is a PITA in KY... we get the worst of all seasons. 90 and humid in the summers, 0 in the winter with snow, and where there is snow there is salt. I just did a border around the bottom and over the wheel wells with the bedliner stuff to stop the rust and get a little protection on gravel roads.

I added the TJ front coils to my 5ö superlift springs last weekend. I cut the rubber bump stop off the mount and welded a 3/8ö flat bar (as a spacer to slip the u-bolt in), then welded a ?ö flat 5ö round plate for the spring to rest on and then 2 ¢ö round 1ö high to center the spring. Drilled and tapped a ¢ö hole through the center to bolt a Currie Poly bump stop kit that my Dad had left over from his TJ. It works great for capturing the bottom of the spring and replaced the original bump stop that I cut off.

The flex is not bad but it did push the spring down a lot. I was able to remove the lift block that I had. The front coils are a great fit but will remove ¢ or a full coil so my shackle angle is not up and down but I have to wait until the new rear bumper is built before deciding. The rear TJ coil were not long enough for the lift I have and is also larger in diameter in the middle of the spring which gives less clearance.

Adam-you're welcome....for the idea

Kyle--see ya in a couple hours. We should be able to do something to fix it....if I had some old Toyota packs I'd give them to you but I cleared out all that old junk to make room for new junk.

Well, installed the whole ZUK Dual Coil setup today, and damn is it awsome! Rides like a whole new truck! I had a ~35 min drive home from ZUK's place, so there was plenty of time to critique the ride And you ain't gettin no complaints here.

As in my last post, you can see that I am leaning quite bad towards the driver side:

So when we installed it we had to throw in a couple of spacers to even her out with the good side:

Now she sits nice and even!:

Here's ZUK workin away, remember kids, while welding, safety first!:

Cuttin off the 'snubber':

Here's the passanger side, with no spacers needed being test fit:

And the finished product, from the driver side, it was dark when I left so couldn't get a good picture of the whole truck, and plus, she rakes to the front alot now, but I'll correct that soon with the torsion bars :

I couldn't be happier with this setup, and as I previously stated, it rides GREAT! Much better than I had expected, it's no Avalon, but hey made me happy! Gonna test her out comin up on the 1st of Feb, me and my GF are goin up to Broken Arrow in Sedona for a bit of wheelin I don't expect any problems tho!

Thanks alot ZUK!!

Looks like a cool idea! seems to level it out nicely.

you might want to think about Balljoint spacers before you rake the torsion Bars. the higher you go adjusting the torsions the rougher the ride. the BJ spacer will give you a little lift without making the ride rougher. Just an alternitive thought...........Karl
