BTW those brackets on my springs and frame are for the AirLift bags that were restricting the travel of my rear. They helped with the bottoming out but would sometimes seem a little stiff. I'll put them back on if I want to tow the trailer.

In my minimal testing with the stock suspension, I couldn't get the axle and frame far enough apart that the coils could possibly come off the bumper. Maybe if I really articulated with longer throw shocks, it might happen. Just have Monroe Sensatracs (sp?) <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" />
