Where would I go to see what parts I would need to build an RC Crawler myself? Maybe an indication of the difficultyu would be helpful as well. I believe that I can make the body and frame but then the motor and suspension I would have no idea. Help?

Looks good. One thing I diddnt see specs for is the BEC which is how much current it feeds the servos. Check into it and figure out what it has, its important. With a crawler you want AT LEAST 2 amps BEC. Anything less will not be good. The Tekin I have has a 5 amp BEC and its only $80. Thats what I reccomend.

EDIT...after further searching, I would not reccomend this ESC. On associated's website, it says it only has a 5 volt BEC, adn doesnt even list the amperage, so I'm assuming its low. You want a 6 volt BEC. WIth a 5 volt, the servos will not get the voltage they need to put out the most torque available. You will have weak steering, and if the amperage is low, glitchy controls, and it may not even work, and you will end up having to run a separate battery pack to power the servos.

Id just bit the bullet and buy a Tekin Rebel II.

So Adam, how fast does it go in hi gear? You got the 1:18 one, right? Or the 1:6th?

Maybe a slow jogging/fast walking pace. Faster than you'll ever need for crawling, which is what this is meant for.

I have the 1/18.

Man, I'll tell you what, this little Nylint is a ton of fun! For only $40, it rocks! I couldnt be happier. For anyone who is thinking about getting into this hobby, and might not be sure they would like the slow pace, I would HIGHLY reccomend buying one of these. They are great right out of the box. Only thing I have done is cut off 4 coils off of the springs. It could use some bigger tires, but I don't really want to change it a whole lot. It's more of a challenge this way. I have a big crawler to make it look easy!

I moved the rocks to the corner and added the rocks I picked up today. May not look like a lot of rocks, but its quite a bit. Lots of fun for the Nylint. But I'll add a ton more shortly.

Cool, All that I've found so far is that it has 5volts BEC, I'm still looking how many amps...

Even if it has a million amps at 5 volts, your not going to get the full potential of your servos. You need every ounce of power from your servos to turn the wheels.
