ehhh...they aren't necessary. With a 8 or 9 tooth pinion and lathe motors, you have plenty of torque and its slow enough.

Wow that was a cool find!!!!your lucky. I think I'm going to do that trade I was talking about, then sell the esc.

The chassis!

Too bad I just traded away my clod axles. I'll probably buy some more clod axles, or maybe trade the chassis for something else.

I just cant afford to spend another $100 on r/c's. Then I have to get 2 more servos, and probably a set of wheels and tires. uggh.

I think I'll probably trade it for something else. I feel bad doing that, but otherwise it will just sit on the shelf and not get used.

I made a video of the Nylint. It gives you a good idea of how well it works. If you get bored with it, skip to about 9 minutes and 25 seconds, it gets more interesting in the last few minutes. It's a ~20mb WMV file.
