Previous Thread Next Thread Print Thread Rate Thread Swap diff: 4Runner/Pickup - Zuk? #669881 11/24/05 03:04 AM Joined: Oct 2005 Posts: 72 Connecticut H hdrisc OP Getting the Wheeling Fever Would the rear diff. from a 1990 4Runner (V6, Auto, 2-door) fit into the rear housing in a 1989 pickup (I4, Standard)? I believe the 4Runner has 4:56 gears (will check in the morning). Will the front diff. swap also? My friend and I are stripping the 4Runner (rust up to the back windows) and I'll take whatever I can use. Almost forgot: the 4Runner has ADD, my truck doesn't.
