Coyotekid, I believe you're thinking of Off Road Solutions.

The kits say that the A/T 3.4 swap is doable but you have to use the A/T and t/c from the donor 3.4 vehicle. Also, the kits available at ORS are about $500-650 more for an auto vs. manual.

After re-reading your question, I guess what I really mean is no- your existing A/T will not work.
