It can be slow to disengage too, or hang until you relieve pressure on the splines. Not a biggie.

IMHO the finest factory locker available. I run ARBs (the other best locker IMHO) in the Chili but would not hesitate to run one - and my wife's runner has one. So does my son's 88 pickup now that I put one in. Very strong design, and if the actuating circuit fails (not that this ever happens) it remains locked, or remains unlocked. And you can manually lock it in a pinch in that event.

Can't do that with an ARB...
