Dose anyone know where the lobs on the the cam should be when itÆs at TDC compression for #1?

Well...all over the place but for #1, they should point down.

Did you re-check your valves?

If you are really sure the vaccum lines are OK, I would start testing the TPS and the MAF. Is it throwing codes? No CEL does not mean no codes.

After that, I would start back and make sure all the plugs are plugged in and well seated. Check those vacuum lines again and see if it gets better.
