The ignition modules should be the same, provided they are Ford Dura Spark2 systems.
The main hitches are.. the flywheel from the 304 will bolt onto the 360 but it will shake you to death, AMCs are balanced off the flywheel, so you need a rarer 360 flywheel (if running a manual tranny) otherwise the flex plate from the 360 will work fine.
Second is you have to keep the 304 exhaust manifolds.

I don't know much about the technical stuff so I don't know if you're serious about the ECU. Because to tell you the truth I don't even know what it is.
I have a turbo 400 so I guess I'm good with the flexplate. Why would I need to keep the exhaust manifolds? Are they different? I'm going to get the ones that come with the 360 but I'll still have the ones for the 304 too.
