I have the standard issue Meisterstuck in black and gold. My barrel cracked about two years after getting it. When I contacted them they said it would be $35 for replace it. I said "$35 to fix something that should not have broken on a $150+ pen?" They said yes. I said "Zippo will fix or replace a lighter forever, no questions asked." They didn't care.
