Hey everybody. I own a 92 toyota pickup 4x4 v6 X-cab that I am very happy with except for one annoying problem. I have had the truck for the last 17,000 miles and I had to replace the front brake rotors 3 times already. For some reason, the front rotors warp really bad after only 3000 miles after having them replaced or turned. I told one of the mechanics that worked on my truck about this and he pointed out the the rear brakes were out of adjustment which caused the front rotors to get hot. However, after he fixed this, it still didn't help and 3000 miles later the truck started shaking again whenever I touch the brakes. I would fix it myself, but I don't have the time. So now I have to take it to the shop again and I know the mechanics will probably just turn the rotors without fixing the problem behind it. So my question is what do you think is causing the front rotors to overheat? I know it isn't do to my driving because I am easy on the brakes. Any help would be appreciated.
