You said it. There's like a $12 stapler at officemax that will bind big stacks. 1/2 inch staples are enough to hold chapters together pretty sturdily. Of course it looks ghetto but also it doesn't matter if I get it dirty.

The electrical diagrams came out real nice. I took a color laser printer someone was throwing out. Thats how I got the truck, too, except the printer wasn't abused.
