Hey guys,
I've got a 95 tacoma, and im trying to pull as much hp out of the 2.7L 4cyl as i can, I've put a magnaflow high flow exhaust system on it, and A K&N air filter, but its still got that stock manifold on it, and i know a header would increase some horsepower. i've found headers for the 2wd model, but i cant find one for a 4wd, and was wondering if any of yall knew about one.

Here is a good header LC Engineering

It doesn't say it is avail in a ceramic coating, but When you call to order it, as them...well worth the extra if they have them. I have the one for the 2.4 and it's great...super easy to install and they even sent me an extra set of mounting studs (these screw into the block and replace your old ones.) They can on occasion break when retorquing the new header and should be replaced with the new unit, but I didn't do that on my 96 and didn't break any of them (was able to get proper torque, no leaks, and passed ca smog)

I have the Downey header in my 1998 Tacoma 2.7l. I would have gone with the LC Engineering header if i could do it all over again. The Downey header was a ***** to install and the collector didn't quite lineup with the exhaust pipe when i installed it. I've heard much better things about the LC Engineering header.
