320k is a little high in the mileage department, but if the engine runs fine you'll be OK. as for the rust, you'd think it came from the factory on those things <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

cold A/C is a definite plus, and add to the fact that a lot of idiots think they have a goldmine if they've got an '85, $2500 isn't too bad. see if you can haggle a little though.
