How do you remove freeze plugs? Thanks for any help. It should getsideways in the hole and the "other side" should protrude. Then you get hold of the side sticking out and remove it.. If by chance it jumps into the block you start fishing.. It came right out. Installing the new ones I just used a LFH (little **** hammer) and a socket to fit inside the plug. It worked fine and didn't distort it at all.
