Its not as easy as you might think. DanielT researched (and did) making extended flare panels out of 'glass for his Trooper. He is a fiberglass'er by trade and I think he was surprised by the amount of time he had in those fenders. Even once you have the mold, its gonna take many sets to recoupe the effort and the interest just isn't there.
