You da man. Put me down for a pair of the first lot available. With a front locker, I may finally actually be in danger of damaging a tie rod.
Buy a Trooper. You'll be glad you did.

Tend not to break...tie rods are a weak point of the Isuzu IFS. Really puts a crimp in your trail ride to have a wheel pointing in any direction it pleases...

From what Matt told me... You can pretty much buy a set of these from him for around the same price or LESS than a stock pair of tie rods. (depending where you shop) I won't quote an price that he mentioned to me, but you should be pleasantly suprised.

Just so people don't get too caught up on the idea of getting these for like $100 a set... the TRE and jam nuts for each end will run probably $30+. That means Matt pays $120+ just for the basic parts at cost to produce these, not including the actual beefy adjuster. Since they are produced out of shop, there are production costs there as well... not to mention what he feels his R&D time is worth (and its only right to be compensated for all the footwork involved in a project like this).
With that said, the OEM adjusters alone will run you around $60 apiece and are a dealer-only item. If you buy a completed assembly with the adjuster and two TRE's, I'd imagine the price gets more interesting rather quickly. I don't think most people realize how pricey the OEM stuff is when bought new from a dealership; but I could be wrong about that. But even if Matt's offerings are $30 more apiece than the OEM pieces, look at the long-term costs from both a financial and frustration viewpoint. How much is it worth to you to never have another broken tie rod ruin a good day of trail riding... or to never have to worry about it happening for a first time. IMHO, its worth more than what new OEM replacements would cost... so if he is anywhere near that price, its a steal

But what do tie rods do?
They connect the steering linkage to the spindles (i.e. the tires).
