It had 3.07 TRACK LOCK details on it. Question is, is 3.07 the ratio of the diff? Also since it has a rubber plug i assume its a Dana 35. Is this diff just as weak as the basic 35? Until you do a test you WILL NOT KNOW! It is most likely a Dana35, and yes it is a weak as any other Dana35C, although it isn't usually the carrier that is the problem, usually the axle shafts break first. In addition if the jeep has more that 40K miles the limited slip (Track loc) is probaly useless too.
