I noticed that you have a 3" lift from your signature. Did you install a 3" Brake Proportioning Valve Bracket after you did your lift? If not, this will throw off how much pressure is applied to the rear brakes vs. the front. The BPV works by a metal arm attatched to the axle and based on the height between the axle and frame, it adjusts the amount of brake pressure that is applied to the rear brakes. Since your truck is lifted 3", the mount on the axle needs to be moved 3" vertically as well to retain stock braking characteristics. "Mark in AZ" has a diagram to make a bracket that i used to build mine for my truck when i did my 3" lift. PM him to get a copy of it. Only took about 30 minutes to get it all fabed up and installed.
