You didnt say what kind of motor you have (3.0, 4.0, 4cyl.) But the best thing to do is probably find a 4x4 ranger donor truck with a good drivetrain and swap out the whole deal. It will probably save you in the long run. Make sure u get the same body style(ex. cab or reg.) because it will limit the shortening of drive shafts(because of the added length of the transfer case). You may be able to find some driveshafts to work with minimal machining. Your rear axle will probably work, but u yare definitly going to have to get the new front axle. Like i said it will probably be better to just swap out the whole drivetrain for simplicity. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/kewl.gif" alt="" />
